How to Improve The Condition of Skin?

First Step: Cleaning

The first one is the soap-based cleanser while the other is the amino acid facial cleanser.

If you have oily skin, it is better to use both categories. You need to alternate them. Use soap-based cleanser today and amino acid cleanser tomorrow. Using only a soap-based cleanser can damage the cutin of your skin. On the other hand, the amino acid cleansers cannot clean oily skin properly. So, you will have to alternate the two as described earlier. It is also important to clean moderately as too much cleaning can damage the surface layer of the skin. This could lead to another skin issue. In addition, you should also clean your bedding, duvet, and pillowcases regularly since they always come in contact with your face.

Second Step: Reducing Blackheads


Blackheads are actually the combination of dust, dead keratinocytes, and grease. They are secreted by the skin but they block the pores and become blackheads when they get exposed to air. If they had been cleaned off earlier, they won’t become blackheads. This means that regular cleaning of the face can prevent the onset of blackheads.

Unfortunately, blackheads are difficult to remove completely. It can only be reduced. To reduce it, you can apply the cleaning mask regularly. The number of times you apply it depends on the type of skin you have. If you have oily skin, you should apply it once or twice a week but if you have dry skin, twice is enough for a month.

If you have to exfoliate your skin, fat-soluble acids are better because blackheads also contain oil. Almond acid and salicylic acid are great fat-soluble acids that you can use. Besides, both of them can penetrate your skin and get to the root of the blackhead.

Third Step: Skin Whitening


You may have noticed that many of the skin diseases actually darken your skin. So, after treating them, you will notice that your skin is no longer as bright and shiny as it used to be. This is why whitening is a part of skincare. However, you must include sun protection products in your skin whitening treatment. It does not matter if it is a sunny or rainy day. You should always apply sunscreen on your skin. When you are indoor, apply SPF25 sunscreen on your skin but it should be above SPF30 whenever you are going out. The main reason is that the whitening process weakens the skin’s natural shield against the UV rays of the sun. In other words, the rays will have a more negative impact on your skin during the whitening process.

The skin whitening process can be divided into the following three main parts:


•Prevention of melanin production.
•Reversing the growth of melanin.
•Removing already produced melanin from the skin.
There are several whitening products but reliable ones should have arbutin, Vitamins C and E, and Nicotine in them. So, you should only select a whitening product that has all three ingredients. Fourth Step: Water Replenishment

Moisturize your face

The body milk will help to retain the moisture on the skin and keep the skin smooth all through the day. Your choice of body milk should depend on the season. The more refreshing body milk is better for summer while high moisturizing one is the best for winter.

Fifth Step: Eat a healthy diet


Your skin also needs certain nutrients to be in good condition and you can only get the nutrients from a healthy or balanced diet. Your diet should include a lot of fruits and vegetables because they contain a lot of vitamins A, B, and C. Eat less of foods high in fat content and foods high in sugar content. Most importantly, avoid eating junk food.

Drink plenty of water and avoid processed foods because they are high in artificial additives. You should also avoid too much smoking and alcohol. Don’t take supplements indiscriminately. You also need regular exercise to stay healthy.

Sixth Step: Good Work-Rest Balance
