- Keep applying sunscreen every day.
- Eat more vegetables and fruits. （Especially TOMATO、GRAPE、ORANGE...）
- Use skin whitening products.（Like skin whitening cream/essence/lotion/mask）
- Don't expose your skin to the sun.（Especially 10 A.M ~3 P.M）
- Don't eat too much photosensitive food （Like celery, fennel, dill, limes, parsley, figs, parsnips, artichokes, lettuce, and endive）
- Go to sleep early. （It must be better if you fall asleep before 11:00 P.M ）
