1. Keep applying sunscreen every day.
  2. Eat more vegetables and fruits. (Especially TOMATO、GRAPE、ORANGE...)
  3. Use skin whitening products.(Like skin whitening cream/essence/lotion/mask)
  4. Don't expose your skin to the sun.(Especially 10 A.M ~3 P.M)
  5. Don't eat too much photosensitive food (Like celery, fennel, dill, limes, parsley, figs, parsnips, artichokes, lettuce, and endive)
  6. Go to sleep early. (It must be better if you fall asleep before 11:00 P.M )
